Volunteering is a great way to experience the excitement of the conference at a significant discount. All volunteer shifts are 8 hours, discounting registration by 50% off the full price.

Volunteer duties at the Net Impact Conference include: staffing the info booth, direction and crowd control, waste management, event set-up, session hosting and more. Volunteers interested in being session hosts must register through the regular volunteer registration process, completing one additional application question.

All volunteers must attend a mandatory volunteer training session Thursday, October 25, from 1 to 2 p.m. at the Baltimore Convention Center.

Interested in covering the conference for your blog, website, newspaper, or other media outlet? Net Impact strives to provide access to the conference - including events, speakers, and Net Impact knowledge and expertise - to working members of the media. Please note that the number of press credentials available is limited, so we encourage you to apply early. Credentials are non-transferable.

Proof of Purchase

After completing registration, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your conference registration. If you do not receive this email, you are NOT registered. It is your responsibility to inform Net Impact if you do not receive confirmation. Email with the subject line: "Registration Failure," and we’ll help you as quickly as possible.

Please note your confirmation email serves as your conference registration receipt. If you need another copy, email with the words "Receipt Request: Your Name" in the subject line.

Refund Policy

We understand your plans may change, and we offer partial refunds on conference registrations according to the following schedule:

Receive a conference registration refund, less $50, until September 24, 2012. From September 25, 2012 to October 8, 2012, refunds will be given less $100. After October 8, 2012 registration cannot be refunded for any reason.

To request a refund, email with the subject line: "Refund Request." Please note: registration is not transferrable.
