Cliff Emmanuel is a Consultant in the Bridgespan Group’s New York office. He has worked with clients in the organization’s global development, performance management, and post-secondary education practice areas. Most recently, he completed a strategic planning effort with Completion by Design, an ongoing Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation effort to redesign the community college experience and improve completion rates across the country. Earlier consulting work includes supporting the implementation of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women performance measurement system, as well as contributing to the Bridgespan publications "Succeeding Through Tough Times" and "Next Generation Community Revitalization". Prior to joining Bridgespan, Cliff was an analyst at McKinsey and Company, where he focused on the financial services and health care sectors. Cliff graduated Cum Laude from Harvard College in 2006 with a B.A. in Social Studies and was a 2006 Harvard-Yenching Fellow at Peking University.
